Looks like site is down but check the title of the link below. Indians nationals arrested for "Overstaying".
These are the people who have come on visa. I can give you at-least 50 news of Pakistani people overstaying in India. Many Pakistanis come to India for Medical treatment. They do not go back if treatment take longer while their permission to stay expire.

I could not find any other news site which reported the news of arrests. Dunya news has made news sensational by putting RAW. If Police had made such statement it would be all over in your media.
