The income levels waiting to be tapped are probably four times more then what you read on stats. The problem is lots of money is sent abroad to buy properties in Dubai, London etc. You should find out how much is owned by Pakistani's in Dubai. It would surprise you. However if safe and secure investment opportunity presented itself in Pakistan some of that money could shift over to such projects particularly if no hard questions were asked where the money came from. In addition $ billions could come in from ex-pat Pakistani's. Providing if it was a safe investment.

Well said... Karachiites are a bit disgruntled with Khan and PTI as we were expecting governer raj but honestly remaining within constraints and still giving bashing to PPP everyday is still better than what MQM was doing. Opar se dushman undar se dost. PTI is also doing a lot of road repair projects in Karachi through MNA funds, even though it is cosmetic but still better than nothing.


I think if PTI re-dos the census then they will win 12-15 seats from Karachi again.

Unless karachi votes as one PPPP will win even if census is redone

let me make it clear of 42 karachi seats PPPP won 6 or 15% including the sindh education ministry syed ghani

Per new census karachi part may go up to 70
This will be almost 50% of seats however if PPPP won 15% or about 10 seats it will still form govt due to its interior sindh votes
