and can i ask you what exactly you consider "backward" ? Don't fall into the westernization is modern, Indian is backward claptrap ..

NO, you cannot blame society for deeds of few mentally ill person. Unlike our neighboring countries, our society is responsible for highlighting these issues and creating an awareness and uniting people against such crimes.

Being modern is very subjective term, if rape is criteria than we are much better than them. A single rape is unacceptable but we have less rapes compare to what is happening in some of the most developed countries. What is the their reactions to things happening in their backyard? Do you see the public coming out against rape cases...no... none ... those guys are immune to these and it seems to be routine thing for them. If that's modern we are better stay in stone age.

Regarding Pakistani members (some of them) ... there are no words to explain their behavior on such threads. Not sure is faulty upbringing or a mistake made by almighty to let them lose in this world.
