I think He is already arrested along with his son, and everyone who is praising their car collections are daft, because they have been getting this money through land grabbing, extortion and murders. Buying these cars with illegal and blood stained money does not make these vehicles attractive.

After those rumor their firing squads visited colonies and they did heavy aerial firing to show he is alive.
