Combining an artillery warhead like this with sensor fuzed weapons and putting it on top of a Artillery Rocket already in service with the Pakistan Army: A-100 MRL; the PA could strike IA battle groups and their C4ISR before they have a chance to invade Pakistan.

Maybe a scaled up version would be the same as the Indian K-15 SLBM; and could be something Pakistan can try to match to have a faster sea based second strike missile at a modest cost.

To answer cold start we need various answers from good Tanks to Anti Tank weapons like HJ-12 or similar along with MRL

• Helipads

These targets can't be neutralized using a long range artillery shell.

Mlrs warhead if the accuracy of it's guidance system allows it.
