Simple and blessed. I see noor on the face of this child. Food items in pakistan is very reasonable.

You can feed (dry foods) a family of 8 with only about 6000 rupee. Less than $50 USD.

Let us sponsor at least 1 family in this Ramadan In sha Allah. May Allah give us Taufiq.

Potato fritters

Ingredients

(Potato pcs (medium)
Basin a cup
Flour two food spoons
Red pepper powder a tea spoon
Cumin powder half tea spoon
Coriander powder, half tea spoon
A pinch of zarda color
Hot masala powder one quarter tea spoon
Fenugreek leaves half tea spoon (dry)
Salt as taste
Baking powder one quarter tea spoon
For sprinkling lick spice
Oil for deep frying


Method

Cut the potatoes into round slices and soak in semi-hot water.
Mix all the ingredients except oil in a bowl and prepare a batter.
Heat oil in a frystal.
Squeeze water from potatoes with the help of a cloth.
Dip the potato slices in the batter.
Then deep fry in hot oil until the color becomes golden.
Sprinkle lick masala and serve with ketchup and green sauce.
