Indian army has no role in decision making , it follows only orders of civil govt . Pakistan is a different case altogether.

How do you know what he "will" do. Does Indian govt have the precogs from Minority Report? Unless, the law says you can't climb the tower (it's like trespassing.) but then again, the law also says "thou shalt not set people on fire, esp while they are alive". And forgive me if I am wrong, the latter seems a tad more serious case for the law to go into action.

Firstly, what is Hindu police? Is it some sort of elite unit?

Secondly policing in South Asia is outdated and a remnant of our colonial past and the Imperial Police. I mean we still have the “superior civil service” and PSP cadre, india I believe also still has the IPS cadre of officers.

Requires a complete overhaul.
