Thats sad to note brother.Scrapped!
The project ended years ago. It was not a VERY long section but yes, Lahore-Khanewal electrified lines were 294 Km long. With the energy/electricity crisis these locomotives were taken off-track, now the electricity lines are also being dismantled. I don't think we will see electric trains for a decade or so. that too only if we start addressing the electricity problem today.

Shared Railway history
I went through some old books today and found some interesting informations about common lineage of locomotives that is shared between both nations. ALCO provided both IR and PR its DL500 series locomotives, In India these were classified as WDM 1 and off course these locos went on to serve PR as well in large numbers leading several prestigious trains like Quetta express.

Then of course there were, EMD manufactured GT 26 based export models, which in India were classified as WDM 4.
