This guy's name is Hanif Gul, the very person who was asking for a 2 year leave from Pakistan Railways cause he's such an upright officer who can't work under Sheikho.
I don't need to tell you who else is in this picture and maybe he's her brother to like Hanif Abbasi, they both have the same first name, might be they have the same sister as well.

To all the PTI supporters don't jump to a conclusion by just seeing some random guy claiming something on media or social media. You need to keep in mind that PMLN ruled Punjab for the past 10 years consecutively. They have loads and loads of loyal servants who'll keep creating masala news for sometime to defame PTI. But you need to be objective and use your mind and see who'll actually benefit from the said situation.
Give sometime to the new government and let them clean this mess up and then I'll join you when I spot something wrong but please have some patience and SAY NO TO PAID PROPAGANDA.

Some key Suggestions for Railway Minister

Instead of proposed constriction of accommodations on Railway Lands to oblige employees who are seriously been under performed, and its going to be a serious burden on already debt ridden Railway. At most just keep it to very little for employees and major part for public offering 10/90 employees to public ratio, still its long term project for 5 year term. You should be selling these accommodations/lands to make the capacity building, and buying locomotives and coaches for the department, to make worker work to optimum capacity.

Make worker work or PHUTTO instead obliging them of being lazy for decades. Its simple punishment and reward rule. Set performances based bounces, instead of Manosalwa.
Show the Railway workers "Pakistani Sheikh" side of yours, instead of an "Arab Shaikh" which are not one.
Make sure 10000+, 60 years old 4 wheel coaches goes to PSM only. As no other is eligible for them as users/runner of them, and only are Govt of Pakistan's property, whichever Dept they remains in, but who utilize them better to benefit the state. It will help PSM get some cheap raw martial and help itself to meet its non-performance and loses, instead Govt giving loans to PSM. if PSM running in full capacity its six months input for them, but as the things are going they will be busy for next 5 years on these 1000+ coaches.
Contracts of Business trains should be made tighter to make the third parities quit as departments performance improves.
Study India Railways dept. strategies of operations etc.
One of the most important step is make local firms to come up with secure IT based system of monitoring management system of Railways and Phataks to make it secure and efficient. It has become cheaper than ever to do this, yet the most crucial. I know a local company doing the same for German Railways, then why they cant do for us. PITB or PSEB can help you out in this regard.

Sheikh Rasheed need to control his tongue, this is not the same railway it used to be some 20 years back, and to be honest, Railway was one of those ministry which performed better as compare to other ministries and departments, sheikh sahab must not increase IK's problems instead he must focus on stability in railway's, this attitude and razia butt ke novels wont go down well in IK's book.....Imran wont compromise on performance im telling u all.
