no doubt India is re-arming and building a military with front line weapons
however times have changed, Chinese technology is top tier and India knows it
this is forcing them to spending even more billions into more and more advanced Western weapons
eventually India will destabilise its economy
these silly $5 billion deals with huge contracts are not sustainable
