Very intense. Normal combat pilots don't do (are not supposed to do) "show" routines like that for that very reason. Especially above water, where depth perception is much worse than land. A lot of jets over the years have been lost by show-off dummies with bad discipline.

The guys you see at airshows are selected and practice their routines dozens or hundreds of times, and know exactly what altitudes allow certain maneuvers.

to my untrained /amatuer eye it looks like a controlled manoeuvre
the whole dive and clib is sleek and controlled seems like the pilot knew it when to pull up
