How many jets is IAC 2 supposed to carry?

May be around 45-50..
BTW, can someone post about the development in the IAC-2, whether they have decided to build it or not...??
Because i havn't got any news about it's keel or any recent works on it...

How many jets is IAC 2 supposed to carry?

Well the IAC 2 is estimated to be 65,000 tonnes plus so the air wing is likely to be 45-50 fighters with 12-15 helos for SAR/ASW with 2-3 AEW (either V-22 or E-2D depending on the configuration of IAC-2).

Naval Eurofighter is still at a Conceptual Plane.

INS Vishal is CATABOR Configuration. Only F-35, Rafale-M qualify for it.

Rafale M is a Combat Proven Aircraft and choosing it provides commonality of Logistics between the IAF and IN Air Arm.

A Naval Euro Fighter with STOBAR Configuration is a No-Brainer!

Delete the naval EF (since the rejection in MMRCA killed all the chances for IN as well) and add F18SH as well as F35C and you have the opponents of Rafale.
