sorry to hear that; I have a Vietnamese relative and was told Vietnam too very early precautions moment they heard of trouble in China. The term used was 'we know the Chinese... so shut things down'. Wish rest of the world did that instead of trusting the Chinese info.

But all that said, not clear how that relates to blacks in China

I've said here many times before, PRC citizens are very insular and clueless about global norms or how things are perceived. They have tunnel vision and are very selfish, so if they fear something, they will just discriminate and they don't care how it is perceived. They just don't care and they were never taught any morals or ethics about how it is wrong to discriminate against others, especially when they have a very homogeneous society.

But again, a sign like this on a MCDONALD'S no less is very jarring. Whoever that local franchisee is, their license should be revoked right away by McDonald's. These aren't American values, they are fucked up local Mainland Chinese values. **** EM.

Yep, we acted very quickly, we closed the borders and stop all fly to CN and find our all Cnese in VN, forcing them to do 14 days quarantine right after Wuhan lockdown....and then we stop all fly to EU after few days, check abt 90 % of Westerner staying in VN and abt 95 % Convid infected Westerner are the Whites.
