Pakistan or rather PAF is the first and only country to shoot an SU-30 down in combat.

I believe they are being used as targets for gunnery practice.

Yeah, probably just an RC jet for some recreation and fun purposes which they made themselves.

No. It uses M113s woth MANPADs which may be equipped with Anza aur mostly RBS-70 linked to Giraffe radar.
