Over the period of time Photograph of Quid-e-Azam has been either replaced by political party leaders or has been put side by side with the Quid. This practice is brewing regional and sectarian culture in government offices. Therefore, photographs of all political leaders should be removed from government offices. A legislation should be enacted to prevent such practice in the future. A law should also be passed to ensure that Quid's photograph should be placed in all private offices as well. Any other photograph allowed besides Quid's photograph can be of Allama Iqbal. Sitting President of Pakistan photograph may also be placed, below Quid's photograph.

I don't know since when this is actually happening but this surely because common practice in previous PPP govt after Benazir got assassinated. In whatever case, no politician is at same level at Quaid, so there should be a strict rule about this. At least these politicians should show moral maturity but again we are talking about our politicians who drink wine and see Mujras in parliament lodges..

His place can't be taken by anyone .. And yes replacing of his pictures was started during PPP's rule..
