all grown food lacks or has only traces of Vitamin B12 vitamins that is found in abundance in meat. Vitamin B12 deficiency affects the mood and energy of the person
a lazy google extract states that
Weakness and fatigue are common symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency. They occur because yourbody doesn't have enough vitamin B12 to make red blood cells, which transport oxygen throughout yourbody. As a result, you are unable to efficiently transport oxygen to your body's cells, making you feel tired and weak
so Question for my avid vegetarian friends is how you address the issue. what do you include in your diet? lunch breakfast or dinner?
some food, grains and lintels are supposed to have supplement of B12 as a meat alternative but question is how practical is it?
