　　 胶东在线青岛11月16日讯 (特派记者 侯嘉伟 张倩)35年火车司机生涯、全国劳模……55岁的济南铁路局济南机务段动车组司机周振刚将于本月退休，他将成全国第一批高铁司机退休的第一人。同时，他也是值乘青荣城际铁路贯通首趟任务的动车组司机，青荣城际全线贯通的首趟值乘则是他职业生涯中的最后一次值乘。

　　得知青荣城际即将贯通，他递交了请战书

　　周振刚是中国第一代内燃机车司机、电力机车司机，也是中国第一代高铁司机。35年来，他安全行车零事故，安全驾驶320多万公里，相当于绕地球80圈，成为济南铁路局安全行车之最。并先后获得“全国铁路劳动模范”、“全国五一劳动奖章”、“铁道部火车头奖章”、“全国劳动模范”等一系列荣誉称号。

　　35年来，周振刚在众多铁路发展的关键时刻留下了自己的身影，今年10月，正在冲刺百安赛6000趟的周振刚听说了青荣城际即将贯通的消息，他马上向段和车间递交请战书，他说。10年前胶济客专我担任了联调联试任务，10年后青荣城际全线贯通我也一定要跑在最前头。

　　1981年从济南铁路机械学校毕业的周振刚，来到济南机务段成为了一名学习司机。在当时属于高学历的他一上火车驾驶的就是当时最先进的DF4型内燃机车。济南到青岛390公里，一趟下来要8、9个小时，但在那是却可以称得上飞速，再加上远比蒸汽机车干净舒适，周振刚心里很快下定决心“开最好的火车，做最好的火车司机”。

　　周振刚卯足了劲一头扎进机车里，一年时间就取得了副司机资格。6年下来周振刚在同批进段的火车司机中脱颖而出成为首批取得独立驾驶内燃机车资格的正司机。10年后周振刚又以优异的成绩考取了电力机车驾驶资格成为济南铁路局首批电力机车司机。2006年周振刚又实现了自己人生中的又一次跨越：经过层层选拔周振刚以济南铁路局第一名的成绩脱颖而出，顺利通过铁道部考核成为我国首批动车组司机，并在随后的胶济客专联调联试中周振刚担任了动车组牵引实验任务。那一年他44岁，在所有同批考取得动车组驾驶证的同事中年龄是最大的。

　　他要带上妻子完成退休前的最后一次值乘

　　高铁于2007年4月18日正式开行，周振刚成为首批上线值乘的动车组司机之一，时速200公里的动车组真正让他体验到“贴地飞行”感觉。但是在标准作业上周振刚还是一如既往的没有丝毫马虎。

　　就拿济南至荣成来说，里程636公里，用时4小时30分钟；共有27个车站，往返共54个车站；有过电分相27个，往返共54个。仅以单程来计算，周振刚平均每5秒踩报警警惕装置一下，他需要踩3240下；每次进站、出站、过电分相都需要进行换速、制动、断电、手比眼看等，这些动作的次数无法用具体的数字来测算；而呼唤应答，估算一下应该有240多次。

　　9年时间，从胶济客专到京沪高铁，再到青荣城际全线贯通，从200公里到300公里，周振刚见证了高铁飞速发展的历程，熟练驾驶掌握了线上运行的我国包括CRH2、CRH5、CRH380等动车组系列在内的15种动车组车型和5种ATP的操纵方法。他创立的“小级位”对标停车作业法成为每名动车组司机的必学教材。如今青荣城际铁路贯动车组首趟运行他依然坚守在中国高铁最前沿，而他也已经55岁，马上就要退休了。

　　目前在济南铁路局周振刚的安全行车里程是当之无愧的第一名，他已经准备退休后向世界吉尼斯总部递交认证申请，看看自己是不是全世界安全行车公里数最多的火车司机。他说，在中国铁路走向世界的今天，如果需要他还会奋斗在中国铁路第一线，把动车开向世界让世界上的同行们看一看中国高铁司机的风采。

　　陪伴家人也会是他不变的主题，35年来，作为一名火车司机周振刚和家人聚少离多，答应妻子一起旅行的承诺也是一推再推。16日，周振刚的妻子也登上了这趟由周振刚值乘的动车组列车，享受到丈夫为他送上的安全、舒适、快捷之旅。

Great! I have been to Qingdao (Ocean University conference - hence my current interest in Arctic affairs, LOL) and have colleagues from Yantai.

And a professor of mine here in Taipei are originally from Rizhao - his parents. He likes to drink and offer Rizhao tea anytime people drop by his office.

So HSR is coming to Rizhao in 2018. Very nice.

People think it is poor, in fact, Qingdao and many cities there are among the richest.
