Considering how many travel to turkey to get treatement I'd say we lose tourist money on this kind of investment. But at least this hospital will have decent RoE.

Patients who seek the highest quality medical care will keep traveling to Turkey where the facilities, technology, doctors and the amenities are world-class. While still very advanced, this hospital will serve lower profile patients who can't or won't travel to Turkey for various reasons. It's not going to hurt Turkey's skyrocketing medical tourism sector. In fact, it'll probably do the opposite by referring a great many new patients to Turkey annually.
