Qadri announces to participate in elections

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Tahir ul Qadri has announced to participate in the elections whenever held, Geo News reported.

Addressing the participants of sit-in here Thursday, Qadri said he will make PAT the largest political and revolutionary party of Pakistan.

He vowed to bring change in the system after coming into parliament. “PAT will contest election whenever held,” he announced.

Tickets will be given on the basis of justice in the PAT, Qadri added.

PAT chief asserted that although PAT will contest elections but not compromise on system. He said they had to bring electoral reforms in the country.

Qadri said: “PAT will provide jobs to every jobless. Prosperity will reach at your door step.”

It is a much better solution. He's on good terms with both Shias and Sunnis as well as with the Gadi's in that region.

I never agreed with PAT on their politics, but I like their social-humanitarian work and power to mobilize that many people for so many days for a cause. This dharna by PTI / PAT did bring everlasting change in Pakistani society. People are now more aware of their rights, VIP-culture is being destroyed as we speak and 'Go Nawaz Go' has become the most popular slogan of entire nation. Under current circumstances, it would be very difficult, if not impossible for Noora King to rule over Pakistan the way he was used to before 14th August 2014.
