First I never said its re branded Indian phone, I said its re branded Gionee phone.
Goinee is Chinese company and it sells phones in India under its own brand.

Why are Indians having a field day whether or not Q mobile does produce its own phones or simple re-tags them. In either case if that is their product it will be the first Pakistani slimmest phone beating Huawei, if not, it will still be the slimmest phone although Q won't get the credit for it. Pakistani company launched World’s Slimmest Smartphone

KARACHI: Pakistan’s biggest mobile phone company, Q-Mobile claimed to launch world’s slimmest smartphone, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

Chinese technological giant Huawei holds the crown of world’s slimmest smatphone for its 2013 flagship Ascend P6.

If this claim from Q Mobile turned out to be true then the crown will be awarded to Pakistani company for its Q Mobile Z6.

As far as features are concerned, Z6 features a Super AMOLED 5 inch display which is powered by an Octa Core processor clocked at 1.7 GHz with 2GB RAM and 8GB ROM.

The device features a 13 megapixels rare and 5 megapixel front cameras and runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

Its a mere phone. We are desperate but not that desperate to let a phone influence us of false achievements and pride. Every Pakistani is well aware that Q mobile is Chinese with a re branding. Never the less they did turned out be largest selling brand in Pakistan within their short history.

Every growing country needs connectivity, any company which actively participates and pushes towards innovative steps will rule the market.

At the end of the day countries should push towards being a manufacturing oriented development. India has started and I hope Pakistan will take its own steps.
