That's not true.
And keep in mind this was only in 2014, we have steadily increased the indigenous content since then.

BTW, there are more Indian subsystems in the Su-30MKI a non joint venture fighter aircraft than there are pakistani subsystems in the joint venture product JF-17.
Indian source enough said.It’s 30% indigenous, while 70% depends on foreign systems.
