I guess Putin had warned back in the 2007. But the USers did not pay heed to. Now, they will go back to drawing board and try to figure out another trillion dollar weapons program.

They are the aggressive side. They need to spend more. China, Russia and the likes only have to find smart ways to keep the US in check.
