1) assimilation
2) mass urbanization
3) more provinces
4) and centralization
to start off we can throw out 18th amendment using which pashtun kid is taught pashtun over anything else and as sindhi boy is taught sindhi over everything.an ethnic-neutral compulsory education needs to be enforced.
Large-scale urbanization programmes can be learnt from Chinese.It is imte taking but it will all eventually happen as Pakistan is much better than many states with regards to ethnic strife.

There was no injustice against Muhajir by Sindhis or vice versa except that Altaf made it a reason to seed a terrorist organization under the banner of Muhajir rights. In reality, be it Jaam or Altaf, they were part of same ethnic hateful gang that had to lead different pack of people for their own gains & interest. During the same course of racism, the hostile elements took full advantage of their greed and used them against State. Don't we know how MQM hit squad used to spray on either the last line in Jalsa or rally... every time the rear end of rally or last line in Jalsa were supposed to sacrifice for Altaf's rights organization. Didn't we see him fully grown into an Indian lover? The argument that actually MQM came into being because of Sindhi Injustice or etc; is merely a lame excuse to turn a blind eye being a hateful to other ethnicity and becoming the perfect fuel for anarchy & chaos.
