Punjabiat Zindabad

If language is a unification tool; i rather vouch for a local language; in our case Urdu, than a foreign language.
Urdu is not a 'local language', prior to 1947, hardly anyone spoke Urdu. Even Farsi was by far, significantly more wide-spread (within modern-day Pakistan) despite British attempts to suppress it.

What i meant by local is that a big chunk of Pakistanis speak it; i.e. native urdu speakers. And even despite that; Quaid said it, so it's an Amen for us.

No son of the soil has any problem with Punjabis celebrating their language and culture. Indigenous cultures should be promoted and Urdu hegemony should be reduced.

You should be. Also Urdu speakers shouldn't belittle or make fun of indigenous cultures.
We don't.
Many of the Urdu Speakers were not originally Urdu Speakers like Gujratis, Memons etc

Then you shouldn't have to create an artificial identity for yourselves. Gujrati culture isn't any worse than Sindhi or Punjabi culture.

Many Gujratis and Rajasthanis living in Sindh from pre-partition era proudly speak their language and don't act like their newcomer wannabe fellows.

Whenever you want bro. I can speak many Punjabi dialects.

You need to have punjabi banter battle with RazPak like good old days haha.

Will the Sanskrit script be imposed upon the masses in Pakistan as part of this Jaag Punjabi Jaag movement?

Sugar is just a fassad. Its affects on the brain are similar to that of Cocaine. It should be banned for greater public health.

But seriously how many people in Pakistan does BBC think, can write or read Sanskrit script?

BBC are not a very bright bunch of people (dont let the accents, poshness, snottiness fool you)....and they are about to get shellacked by British govt (removal of mandatory TV license on brit public)...so serves them right.
