That's a wrong perception. First your definition of Punjab seems to be limited to certain areas of Lahore. I have a home in Lahore and a lot of my relatives live there and according to them most of the Lahore was really unhappy with orange train as they dug up the whole city. They do not get good education and health care, they got dengue, sewerage water leaking into the drinking water...broken, no waste management, no security, ...the list pretty long..
most of infrastructure developed has fingerprints of huge corruption...
Shahbaz Sharif is a qatil and he will hanged in-sha-Allah.

shahbaz can build metros,roads and trains all over Pakistan But pakistan will remain the same Banana republic it is right now. Human develoment is what builds a nation.Ever heard that a country that was revolutionized because a show off built roads and metros.Only jahil tareen people fall for such lollipops given to them for sake of optics.Which unfortunately pakistan has in abundance

The very basic priorities of the government are to provide Clean drinking water, Electricity, Gas, Health and Education has sadly been neglected by the previous governments, hopefully PTI will improve on those basic necessities of life.

Personally Im not against Orange train its a good initiative and will help to relieve congestion in a big city like Lahore, but the project needs to be transparent, I would not be surprised if there are huge kickbacks involved, Lahore has got a serious sewage problem, no clean drinking water and other issues should have been solved before building an Orange train.
