Wht the hell..!! wht kind of observation is that..This is the month of Ramadan,Every1 should take the blessing of god.I'm sure there is a suitable person in place to take care of things as he's performing umrah..

Why Religious activities/personal interest are always preferred over national interest that's why you can't progress.
No officer or leader even can think of to leave country in these situation and by God sake he is IG.
This does not happens in any other country.
If he is so much concerned about religious activities, over national interest, then he has option to resign and pass his entire life for Allah.
Even he knew that these 10 days are so much important. there was no question of leaving the country for personal Umrah.
He had option to delay his visit.
