ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Senior PML-N leader and former senator Syed Zafar Ali Shah on Monday filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) challenging Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) attendance in the Parliament after its members resigned earlier.
The PML-N leader stated in his petition that PTI members resigned 7 months earlier and their status in the Parliament is no more than a stranger.
The petition also includes Federation, Speaker National Assembly, Leader of the Opposition, Election Commission of Pakistan, PTI chief Imran Khan and all PTI members of the National Assembly as party.
