Now, If IK offer other brand of biscuit to someone else then that will become issue and media will start comparing cost or biscuit given to them and others.

Yea, they will conclude that the other brand of biscuits are product from Bani Gala Bakery set up with Cancer hospital funds but Imran Khan pocketing all the profit.

Suggestion to the new Govt of Pakistan for its housing initiate for the public.
As beurocrecy trying to cash as much contracts as possible from PTI Govt as is the case historically. The housing sector is of main focus. I will recommend PTI govt. to get this work of mass housing project very care fully. As it long term effects and if gone wrong its waste of manation assets and will bring bad name to PTI. Instead going for massive multi storey apartment blocks of 100s of apartments as in case of Awami Villas Bahria Orched, Lahore, which in my opinion is disaster waiting in happening as over-loaded sewerage and other utilities put under incapacitated plans, as management tried to save the Land etc. Instead be more practical apartments block of 4-5 stories consisting 8-10 apartments per block, isolated by parking areas and play grounds, schools, shopping areas, Graveyards etc. It public welfare intuitive but keep in mind to be a inspiration and role model and to tell the visitors how that Islamic heritage of healthy life style and living is achieved.
Obviously Govt, don't has such limitation of land availability. More over there should be isolated small colonies of not more than 200 apartments at one place but in out-skirts of the city for example along the ring road around the city of Lahore. So if their are 50 such colonies of 200 apartments around the city it will work out as 10,000 apartments, at comparatively lesser valued land out of the city, putting less burden on systems in the city like roads. Its an attempt to make the city less congested. Sadly as we had serious problem of not able to create new city as Hadith pbuh forbidden to make bigger cities. Distribution of apartments should not on blind balloting which usually is never transparent but with some sort of merit/criteria like bellow as an attempt to bring some sort transparency and check and balance to the allocations to deserving public to be benefited and attempt to reward the educated population doing white collared jobs
Sample Apartment Allocation Balloting Criteria
Holder of local Domicile (Nobel deed should start at home and deserving and to dis-courage the migration to the cities)
Master Degree + Married + low income = 50% (20% Govt + 30% Private employees)
Bachelor Degree + Married + low income = 30% (20% Govt + 30% Private employees)
Retired/Widow Govt employees = 20%

This is more than what we get in UK CS here ... canteen has free tea and coffee and milk - that's it, no snacks! Everyone including the secretaries bring in their own munchies and pay for their dinners out of own pocket. Very rare that catering service is called for (cold sandwiches!), and that too for full day meetings.
The only time the government pays for meals is when we are travelling. £5 for breakfast, £10 for lunch, and £15 for dinner.
One can clearly feel that there is respect for taxpayers moneys.
