I personally think Sindh should only be run through a governor rule for a decade. Eliminate the criminals and educate the people and end feudal system by implementing land reforms and giving the poor people their rights.

Its media propaganda, showing same place again and again. Karachi isn't dirty then other cities. Its only dirty if you compare it with London. Even if PPP decided to spend all of budget to just keep city clean, opposition will still find something and put all their cameras there.
