The crowd is absolutely huge (by Larkana standards)! Damn son, and PTI didn't even need to fly in it's workers from rest of Pakistan via train like PPP did for Karachi jalsa. PPP is dead and gone for sure, it's history.

Looking at the pics, they dont seems to be more than few couples of thousans. I guess we need helicam pic or video to ascertain that.
