Well the offer was made before the alleged act of treason was done or completed. And treason is a very overloaded word - if you leave a party you are called a traitor too unfortunately.

Having said that possibilities of deals are still there even now, as the ground realities always dictate what you can or cannot do. As stated in press conference “ham sa ghalti ho sakti ha, magar ghadar nahi hain” - so 3 plus decades of martial law, subversive activities against constitutions are just ‘mistakes’.

One person per square meter crowd looks like the below:

A jam packed crowd, may go to 5 persons per square meter. 1.9 sq mtrs or 2 sq mtrs can accomodate 6-7 people. It seems you are right.

6-7 people per 2 sq meters look like this (it's a decent estimation with plenty of breathing space):

Your calculations for crowd estimation are grossly incorrect. 1.9m² is ~21 sq ft. That is a huge. In a loose crowd a person is estimated to occupy 10 sq ft. In a tightly packed crowd (where there is still space b/w people) the area is 4.5 sq ft. Visuals from Gujranwala show people shoulder to shoulder... so your calculations are around 4x what it should be.

To be frank, Bajwa was not a traitor because he didn’t take what was on the table being offered to him. Bajwa became a traitor because he put these crooks back into power. And in fact, arranged for the vote of no confidence to go smoothly. By arranging Supreme Court to act in a way that the Nazim Jokhio murderer and Ali Wazir were produced from jail upon SC orders. And that the parties they had sway on were pressured to vote for vote of no confidence.

He is not a traitor for being neutral. He was a traitor for not being neutral. In fact, being pro the corrupt parties. You could argue that it would be unconstitutional if there was any interference but it’s another thing entirely to interfere on behalf of the association of thugs and crooks, the PDM.

He became even more of a traitor when he used his powers to stifle dissent afterwards. Put a hit out on the head of Arshad Sharif. Then followed Arshad Sharif to the far ends of the earth and executed him like a dog in Kenya- shooting him point blank in the head.

Does IK become corrupt for trying to cut a deal with the forces that be to stay in power? Well, what was happening prior? To stay in power, all his allied parties, were regularly threatening him and taking their pound of flesh.

If anything, it just shows that IK is a horrible judge of character.
