Its pretty doubtful that pti has been able to build 843 schools in a span of 5 years . 843 school with all of its needed infrastructure and resources is not a 5 year work.
Now if this number includes all the schools which were either not functioning or were shut down than it is possible.

The elementary and secondary education department has closed down around 1,000 government primary schools across the province owing to low enrolment and shifted their students to the nearest schools, according to sources.

If standard of education was improved in old schools or KPK government have done some refurbishment work then it should not be counted as building new schools so title seem misleading but I agree there is more need to improve the standard of education in existing schools than just building more

Jinnah was an avid scotch drinker, he was anything but a proper muslim. But he was an honest person, who dared to seek and achieve a better life for his people.

11 to 81% in last 5 years.
Now People in KP understand how ANP easy load service destroyed institutions.
