If not army... than i offer 2 solutions:
1- Hold non party elections for ever.
2- Adopt district govt. governance system, where federation has a seat for every district. which should be 50% seats and rest of the 50% would be directly electables.

The others have already led us to darkness, illiteracy and lack of healthcare. What is our other option according to you?

50% members of parliament should be retired army officers, and rest of the 50% can be the corrupt public.

non party elections are waste of time and have ruined Pakistan politics. Problem with Pakistan politics

1. Why independents are contesting for MNA seat? For development of your halqa? Even councillor can do that. MNA's are supposed to bring reforms, pass laws etc in parliament. They don't have any ideology.

2. Pakistani parties are undemocratic and apart from new PTI rest are all dominated by 1 family members. N-league, PPP, ANP, Q-League, etc

If army was the solution, they would have fixed Pakistan in the 50% of our history that they were in charge.

Only solution is Democracy, and look, it kicked out one of the most corrupt lota in Nawaz Sharif. It's slow, but working.

Actually I disagree...I dont know what the solution is but Democracy is basically vote of the majority...And majority in Pakistan are illiterate...So democracy for us is a sold vote! Sold to the 1st person who feeds them for the day of voting...not forever!

Before applying democracy, people need to understand what it is, how powerful a vote is and dont settle for 1 naan or even 1 meal a day!

But SOME people are soo desperate that 1 meal is all they can think of!

Others are soo blind and cant think further than today! Then we have MANY who will die for a particular family because their mind revolves around that family! (family can be exchanged with beradari)...

With such narrow minded people, we can only elect backward people who have control over the reins!

I dont understand whats his problem, If pee pee pee and Godfather's party have ruled Pakistan for so many years and you have seen the results, whats the problem with IK, I am sure it couldnt be any worse in current circumstances, I think PTI has done a good job in KPK despite being a backward province, highlights for me is billion tree tsunami, sehaf insaf medical card, reforming the police etc. the health care in Pakistan is terrible its way behind other countries in South Asia.

mera aek jane wala jo ke kpk me kisi college/school me teacher hai. ye banda aksar apni college ki classes attend hi nahi karta tha. bas attendance ke liye chale gai aur thori dair me wapis agai.this was before pti. ab ye same banda rozana college jata hai kyun ke bimotric system implement kardiay gaya.afsos ki bat to ye hai ke ye banda pti ki buraiya karta rehta hai sirf isliye ke gov ne ise apni duties anjam dene par majboor kardiya hai. pti ne kuch to hoga warna imran khan abhi tak farig hochuka hota...just saying

I agree in that Democracy is not perfect. You need educated population and it is easy to manipulate. But here is the thing, you only one honest government to come in and fix things.
It's like playing soccer, no matter what, as long as you play, you have a chance.

Dictatorships and Monarchies on the other hand will never give you that chance.

I agree in that Democracy is not perfect. You need educated population and it is easy to manipulate. But here is the thing, you only one honest government to come in and fix things.

I mean we got Bhutto monarchy and Shariff monarchy! These are monarchies coz they have become rich on state's money! They have people bowing to them like a monarch! They are untouchable like a monarch! Just coz they are claiming themselves to be democratically elected (just a name) doesnt make them less of a monarch!
