PSLV C-36 Launch Set for December 7th

Indx techs no harm in dreaming. But if an average Pakistani thinks like the Pakistanis in PDF ,our relationship is going to be mostly confrontational.
I was thinking of watching the GSLV3 live in Sriharikota. But i am in the north. Is it worth flying to Chennai for the launch ?
Anyone seen the GSLV2 launch live will have a good idea.
