You Know how ABM works ?? Do you know difference between Ballistic Missile and Cruise Missile ? There is Big difference in Speed.

If you launch BM to Israel. It will be intercepted in few seconds. Then Arrow-3 will be launched. ABM speed is always more than BM. May be collision will happen in Iran or Pakistan but impossible in Israel. But you Missed main Point. How you will Stop Their Offence as 2nd Strike ? Babur ? Is this ABM like Arrow-3 ? Check Again.

And Forget about India. It will be easier for India to intercept and Launch ABM due to less distance. When You will lauch, most of them will be destroyed in Pakistan itself.
