Zardari isn’t just a facilitator for Bahria Town, he is a full partner in it. I don’t know what percentage he has but it can’t be less than 50%.

There are also several buildings being built by Bahria Town in Karachi, including the 62-story Clifton Icon Tower that are on Zardari’s personally owned lands.

Bahria Town Karachi is as big as half the area of Karachi but the city doesn’t get anything. In civilized countries they charge for the land and development charges which helps the city in its development, but with Bahria Karachi gets nothing. Zardari and Malik Riaz have made billions of dollars while Karachi drowns in garbage.
