Mezentsev said that bids of India, Iran and Pakistan had been submitted earlier and now these countries are SCO full-fledged observers.

I don't know what world you were living in before Modi said that statement because we have consistently maintained that we helped Bangladeshi's. We have also maintained that our help was borne out of the massive refugee crisis that happened with millions of Bangladeshis fleeing to India under West Pakistani persecution/genocide.
