You kidding. If more of these lot were registered on the tax list and paid the official GDP would rise overnight. Everytime I land at Islamabad all I see is huge miles on miles of new housing sectors. Nobody declares the income though. On paper the World Bank officials who collate figures in New York think they are living in mud huts .....
