Stupid comparison. Karachi is lost case. Blame previous governments, mostly MQM. They allowed illegal settlements all over the city. Karachi needed high rise apartments to support 20 million population. Instead it got shanty towns.

Karachi bahria town will occupy huge tract of land but with population of just 1 million in distant future.

You want Karachi to become like Bahria? Prepare to sacrifice 80% of population.
