In my view the most important reason of the existence and the rise of the Taliban or other anarchists is the social injustice.

What could be the solutions of this problem from the root?

Uproot prevailing social injustice. Distribute the wealth and honor among the populace justly.

You missed one important reason…

TTP was not raised or ever supported by the GoP. Afghan Taliban were created and supported by the US/NATO/KSA with the help of Pakistan. What Afghan Taliban are doing in Afghanistan against the occupation forces is exactly what the inhabitants of any country will do in case of occupation. Besides, this thread is not about Afghan Taliban but about the TTP and alike. Understand the question before attempting to answer and try not to derail the thread for no good reason.

Lack of Education, Development and Economic in Tribal areas

Also, sudden rush towards secularism by Musharaf Regime ignited radicalism ( as in action reaction).
Also, corruption, bribery etc making normal people against the system.

Failed policies of the establishment. They thought that the jehadis that served them well in defeating the soviets will serve their strategic interests forever. They trained the frankenstein monster a little too good for their own liking.

Lack of will and no sense of responsibility in dealing with the terrorist infrastructure meant that the country became the #1 destination for global jehadis where Uzbeks, Afghans, Arabs, Tajiks, and others could come and set up their base.

The social issues don't make a person blow themselves up, that comes from brainwashing and an ideology that was allowed to spread.
