Nav, the prices which you have quoted are very similar to what we pay here in Delhi, other places in India may vary somewhat.
Wheat - 20/-
Rice - 45/- (the brand I eat)
Mutton (goat meat) - 260/-
Chicken - 130/-
Milk (Full cream)- 32/- per litre
Sugar - 30/-
Refined oil - 70/- per litre
There is however a difference in the comparative value of Indian and Pakistani currencies. I don't know how Zaki will work that into his bar graph. Inflation in food items was very high till recently and it is still on the higher side.

Damn, i also paid 90Rs for Haywords 5000 in ghaziabad while same cost 60-70 in Delhi :(

onion = Rs 18/Kg
Beetroot =Rs 12/Kg
cauliflower =Rs 15 (medium size)
carrot =Rs 16 or 20/Kg dont remember exactly
Beans = Rs 18/Kg
potato =Rs 22/Kg
brinjal = Rs 10/Kg
Good quality rice = Rs 33 - Rs 35/Kg
Red Gram = Rs 83
Black Gram = Rs 75-80.
Coconut = small size Rs5 Big size Rs 10
Rice brand coocking oil = Rs 68
Sunflower cooking oil = Rs 110
Egg = Rs 30 /dozen
Milk (AAvin brand) = Rs 22/Lt and Rs 28/Lt(I usually go for 22 milk)
