Viettel is military group, she have big factories to manufacture from internet cables, smartphones, 4G/5G stuff and even missiles.

That's why many Investors come to VN after shifting their factories from CN. One of many reasons is that they can use 4G ( and soon 5G) in very cheap price.

Eg: Factories of M1, a company of Viettel group, making navigation systems ,look modern and professional.
