But political parties in Pakistan are doing the exact opposite which is good or bad I frankly do not know.

In Pakistan we normally say to the people who are above 55 or lets say retirement, we tell them in our homes that you have done enough and now you should rest and invest time in your Akhirat. Politically apparently we do the exact opposite. We invite these stagnant spent forces to lead the country and represent the youth globally. That is hypocrisy of the highest order'.

What makes it worse that youths active in all the political parties will support this act and own it and become fodder to mudslinging matches for the Old Spent Chap in question. They forgo their chance at glory just because these people have the monetary power?

This man used to be very close to Zardari which makes it very hard to believe that he wasn't part of his plans. He and Rehman Malik used be very close councilmen of PPP's Chairman back in the days until something went bad between him and zardari. Imran Khan should be very careful, in 2008 no one saw it coming until Zardari was installed as president. Considering current strength of people around Khan who switched from PPP into PTI it would take only one replacement and PTI will be the new PPP

He was a minister in Zardaris government true, but he has also been dissilusioned with their party leadership for many years. Apparently he was planning on switching party long before the last election so I doubt he was a part of Zardaris plans.

Remove PPP's leadership and culture of corruption and it would be a normal party. By joining PTI you get rid of both of these things, and as long as IK and his fellow visionaries are calling the shots theres nothing to worry about. Plus even with the so-called laundry service, PTI is by far still a less corrupt party than PMLN and PPP.

This guy has shoddy character. Been suspected in Benazir murder with Rahman Malik, remember how both of them ran away in the car. He has no explanation for that. He should be interrogated, he will prove asteen ka sanp for Imran Khan too.

Can't blame Punjab PPP joining PTI. Stupid Zardari though punjab is same as Sindh where he will make some deal with Nawaz and PPP will rule Sindh for ever and Nawaz will rule punjab. Since PPP is no longer real opposition, there was always space left for someone like PTI to come forward and challenge Nawaz Sharif in Punjab.

Zardari did what others couldn't, reduce PPP to interior Sindh. And after next census they will not be able to rule whole Sindh based on votes from interior/rural Sindh. Sindh urban areas will never vote for feudal fake left wing PPP.
