Thanks for the info sir, But I believe that rules of the forum must apply to everyone equally not selectively. The post has been reported quite a long time back and the member in argument with the TT was banned almost instantaneously but sadly no action being taken on the post yet, coz it is TT's post. I know its against the forum rules to discuss the role of management on such issues but could not help but comment when there was discussion about TT.


How can that be done?

Means it may be auto-deleted once it gets enough votes from the TT.

No I'm serious. Some members needs some evaluation. You can put some restrictions to who can rank members such as senior members with certain months/years of experience, TT, Admins, mods etc etc.

There must be some difference for this differential treatment ..... just trying to understand, that's all.

^Positive ranking + is excellent point giving by our Mods/Admin. Yes, you can see (Views Stats) on the right side in the profile. Some trollers do get lowly ranked, STILL it doesn't mean you are lousy person, lol.

The point is it is decide by Mods/Admin/TT to reward each member.

the +/- ranking is the purview of the admn,mods and TT members ( i think).
the + is used to appreciate a valuable post (not used as the thanks is more popular)
the - is used to discourage abusive and troll posting. 2 or 3 (-ve) basically 'bumps' the guy to 'never land'
