It's mainly politics, with some amount of security fear. If Pakistan were to kick them all out, it would look bad on Pakistan. There is also the very real fear that pushing them all back, before Kabul is ready, would destabilize Afghanistan further, which may collapse government institutions in the process. As much as Pakistan may not get along with Afghanistan, the last thing Pakistan wants to see is Kabul falling apart.

Hostile or not, a stable Afghanistan is food for Pakistan. A majority of Afghan exports go to Pakistan, and is set to grow further, no matter how aggressive Afghanistan gets, they know who's feeding them, in the end.

Our schools in Afghanistan are educating Afghans well.

Funny you say that. Pakistan offered to give up hostilities, in a united defense against China (during the 50s-60s). If any thing, its India's own fault for rejecting the offer.

Besides, Kashmir is a real conflict, unlike the fantasy that the Afghans tend to promote.

Kashmir is a real conflict to you and a some Muslim countries. It ain't one in the UN, in India etc. your dispute with the afghans is a real one to them.
