Pope calls Pakistan church attack act of hate, war

Imam-e-Kaba :)

Anyway the point is why Christian religious leaders should be given this power and NOT Muslim, Hindu, Sikh, Jewish religious leaders to meddle in internal affairs of other countries ??

Which part didi you feel pope was meddling in the internal affairs, all he did was condem the killing.

No one is giving them this power, it was just an opinion although quite far fetched one. or Maybe the Pope releasing such a statement in the first place shows how well organized Catholics are and at which other religions fail.

There should be no debate about the Pope’s comment on killing of 83 Christian worshippers after Sunday prayers. The world communities and leaders have condemned these killings, just like it was done after the ruthless bomb blast that killed hundreds of Hazaras earlier this year. Pope being the spiritual leader of the Catholic Christians has called it an “act of hatred and war”. This should not come as a surprise. Over whelming majority of Pakistanis are also calling it an act of war and hate. We have been at war with this brutal enemy for decades now. No surprise there! The only way we can completely defeat this enemy is by standing united against them.

... we are the kind of people who will cry over dead Hazaras, Balochs, Christians, Ahmadis and others, not for the sake of humanity but out of fear that we might be next...Why forget that we ourselves are responsible for the attack on these poor Christians? The bias against this community is inbuilt into our psyche...For those arguing that those attacks were in reaction to the American attack on Afghanistan after 9/11, why target the poor Christians of Pakistan who have nothing to do with the US?...Even if we were to imagine that the murder of over 80 innocent Christians, including women and children, may be the work of some foreign agency, how can we rule out the critical role that this kind of literature would have played in convincing the person who actually blew him/herself up? link
