Not the Judicial System of Pakistan (which I have no faith in) and the gavel of a sell out judge.

By the hammer of justice I meant that any such actions will solicit the full response of the Pakistani govt. Which would involve the deployment of Rangers and if need be, the military to quell a hypothetical situation that Maarkhor presented to me.

Mumtaz Qadri belonged to Baraelvi school of thought. He killed Salam because of the views of Salam Taseer. He did not belong to any terrorist organization. The people who have to be dealt for curbing terrorism are the ones who are running foreign backed terrorist organizations. In order to eliminate terrorism, the govt. has to put control on the foreign aid to the terrorists organizations. Interestingly, many Western countries who condemn terrorism they themselves fund many terrorist organizations in Pakistan.
