On this one I don't see any such thing except black handles. But even if it was opaque and painted with some color, it would still a trouble because it opens on the footpath (sidewalk) instead of opening into inside of the shop. In Sweden, shops use sliding door which is great since it saves space and does not disturb anyone.

Yes, that is very strange that the door opens out over the sidewalk. I think here in the US there is a building code that says doors can't open over property that isn't yours. So usually when doors open out to a public area you have to make a little alcove entrance way to cover the swing size.
