I might be reacting too soon, but I'm beginning to see a LOT of heartburn against Modi and the BJP from the right wing Hindu crowd. Whatsapp. Social media. Real life.

One wonders. If he's anyways lost the swing voters. Who voted for him in 2014. He's lost the Muslims and the Christians. He's lost large chunks of dalit votes. He's lost the middle class and more importantly the farmers.

Now on top of that if even his core constituency gets eroded. Then things look less than sure for the BJP coming back in 2019.

Let us be clear. Modi exist to serve Hindus and Hindutva and India. That is the silent deal we have with him.

As long as Modi serves this, we vote for him. If not, we vote for someone else who will serve this agenda.

Its as simple as that.

But really is, as of today there is no substitute for Modi. As a Hindutva leader or as a PM or even a political leader par excellence. He stands tall, but that does not mean we are all happy about what he has delivered.

I am certainly unhappy with Jaitley as FM.

Finally he never had the christians and muslim voters and he never will. Only a small percentage of non Hindus ever voted for him and that will continue to be so.

If how you treat your minorities is a barometer for comparison, then we treat ours infinitely better.

The girl is anything but a moron. She speaks the truth and since the truth makes a lot of people (read seculars) uncomfortable, they are abusing her with vile filth including rape, which strangely is justified by the same people (read seculars).

It's an open secret in India that most of the muslim small businesses hardly hire any one from other religion. All this talk of equal opportunity etc is all good to read but the reality is far from that.
