My favorite meat is chicken, I will always choose chicken over beef, mutton or fish.

I like Turkey and Lamb.

kangaroos make the best curry, yummy but roost kangaroo is good on weekend.

Is it halal?

Fish doesn't even come to our minds in Punjab when we think about "meat" . And on beef I agree with you,

Buffalo Beef >> Cow Beef
Buffalo Milk >> Cow Milk

Desi chooza is amazing - a whole different taste to regular chicken.

I've chosen mutton as my favourite meat, it's the one i eat the most. Lamb or a young mutton is good, older mutton is just chewy and should be only used in keema.

Beef is good too, i really enjoy beef when i can get hold of it, but halal beef is not so easy to get hold of in our city. Not many people buy it (might try the Arab butchers) so it's often older and larger stringier cuts of meat.

I trust only my direct ancestors when it comes to halal and haram food, I don't give a damn about others definition of halal and haram food. That is one area of my life where ancestral food choices take precedence over anything else.

Mithun(particularly smoked)>Haram>Game>Mutton>Beef>Tortoise>Porcupine>Desi Chicken, Pigeon and Quail>Dog

Not including fish as there are countless varieties available in my place some of them being right up there whilst others are passable.

Usually steer clear of broiler chicken as they are reared on copious amounts of antibiotics and growth enhancing agents, besides being tasteless.
